Tug boat (SHAHEEN) has been delivered successfully to Alexandria port authority
As part of the Egyptian Ship Repairs and Building company ongoing development and modernization of the Egyptian’s ports operations and services, the tug (Shaheen) was delivered to the Alexandria Port Authority on 24 May,2023, following the most recent technical and international specifications, under the supervision of the Italian International Authority RINA.
The tug (Shaheen) is the second sister tug with the same type and specifications of tug (Yassin) which was delivered to the Alexandria Port Authority on 19/ 1 /2023. The two tugs are characterized by the high capability for maneuverability, accompanying vessels, towing, and propulsion capabilities, in addition to the ease of operation and control to alter the location and achieve the requirements of maneuvering and mooring vessels in ports according to the following specifications.
